Gdy do mnie piszesz lub dzwonisz

Gdy kontaktujesz się ze mną e-mailem, telefonicznie lub przez WhatsApp, przetwarzam Twoje imię, dane kontaktowe i treść wiadomości, aby odpowiedzieć i umówić lekcje (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i f RODO). Jeśli nie dojdzie do współpracy, usuwam te dane najpóźniej po 12 miesiącach.

Uczniowie

Prowadząc lekcje, przetwarzam imię i nazwisko, dane kontaktowe, poziom języka, cele, terminy lekcji, notatki z zajęć i dane do rozliczeń. W przypadku dzieci są to także dane kontaktowe rodzica lub opiekuna. Podstawą jest umowa (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO) oraz obowiązki prawne, np. podatkowe (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO). Dane dotyczące lekcji przechowuję przez czas współpracy i do 12 miesięcy po jej zakończeniu, a dokumenty księgowe przez okres wymagany prawem (zwykle 5 lat).

Korzystam z narzędzi, które przetwarzają dane w moim imieniu: Google (Gmail, Kalendarz), Brevo (wysyłka e-maili), Notion, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Anthropic (asystent AI Claude) oraz mój własny serwer, na którym działają też lokalne modele AI. Narzędzi AI używam pomocniczo, np. do przygotowania materiałów i podsumowań lekcji. Nie podejmują one żadnych decyzji dotyczących uczniów. Niektórzy z tych dostawców mogą przetwarzać dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym, na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych lub decyzji Komisji Europejskiej (np. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

Nie sprzedaję danych, nie używam ich do reklam i nie podejmuję wobec nikogo decyzji w sposób zautomatyzowany.

Dane z kont Google

Moje własne narzędzia do organizacji pracy łączą się wyłącznie z moim kontem Google (Gmail, Kalendarz Google), aby planować lekcje i przygotowywać wiadomości. Nie mają dostępu do kont Google innych osób. Dane otrzymane z interfejsów API Google są używane tylko w tym celu, nie są sprzedawane ani przekazywane innym i nie służą do reklam. Korzystanie z nich jest zgodne z Google API Services User Data Policy, w tym z wymogami Limited Use.

Twoje prawa

Masz prawo do dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania i przeniesienia, a także prawo sprzeciwu. Wystarczy napisać na [email protected]. Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

Zmiany

Jeśli ta polityka się zmieni, nowa wersja pojawi się na tej stronie z nową datą.

This website

The site has no forms and uses no cookies, analytics or ads.
Your language choice (PL/EN) is saved only in your own browser and never reaches me.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare logs technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address.

When you email or call me

When you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I use your name, contact details and message to reply and arrange lessons (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). If we don't end up working together, I delete this within 12 months.

Students

To run lessons I keep your name, contact details, English level, goals, lesson times, lesson notes and billing details. For children this also includes a parent's or guardian's contact details. The legal basis is our agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal duties such as tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c)). I keep lesson information while we work together and for up to 12 months after, and accounting records for as long as the law requires (usually 5 years).

I use tools that process data on my behalf: Google (Gmail, Calendar), Brevo (sends my email), Notion, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Anthropic (the Claude AI assistant) and my own server, which also runs local AI models. I use AI tools as helpers, for example to prepare materials and lesson summaries. They never make decisions about students. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under standard contractual clauses or a European Commission decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

I don't sell data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about anyone.

Google account data

My own work tools connect only to my own Google account (Gmail, Google Calendar) to schedule lessons and prepare emails. They have no access to anyone else's Google account. Data received from Google APIs is used only for this purpose, is never sold or shared, and is never used for advertising. Its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and you can object to how it is used. Just email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.

The Polish version prevails.
